Notes: Original handwritten three page letter from Prime Minister Spencer Perceval 1762-1812, dated June 21, 1810 from Downing Street- London. Perceval was assassinated by John Bellingham in 1812. The letter was to an associate discussing governmental affairs. Dimensions: 9.25 x 7.25 inches in fair to good condition. There is a large stain on the left margin with several small pieces missing but with very little text lost. Several folds. Additional photos available upon request.
