Notes: Original handwritten two page letter by Sir Charles Beaumont Phipps, dated April 29, 1851, from Buckingham Palace. Phipps was Secratary to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Signed letter was send to C. Todlewry saying that the Queen did not give permission to the future King Edward VII to Todlewry's Charitable institution since the institution was a local and not a national charity and would set a new precident. Dimensions: 7" x 4.5" unopened in VG condition. Included in offering is a separate autograph by Beaumont. Additional photos available upon request.
