Notes: Henry Cabot Lodge Jr. (1902 – 1985) signed typed letter to constituent regarding his vote against granting pensions to members of congress. Lodge, Jr. was a U.S. Senator from Massachussets serving two non-consecutive terms including the first from 1937 -1944 when this letter was written. Lodge was designated as Vice president in Nixon's unsuccessful 1960 run for the presidency. Additional photos available upon request.
