Notes: Autographed two sided letter fragment signed by Henry Dundas, 1st Viscount Meville and Baren Dunira (1742-1815). Dundas was an English Statesman who served as Solicitor General (1776), M.P. (1774-1802), Home Secretary (1791-1794) and Secretary of War (1794-1801). Sometimes called Starvation Dundas from speech in 1775 upholding restrictive trade measures on the New England colonies.
