This letter was sent from Bloomington, Ill.s to Chicago, Ill. in March 1961 just before the start of the Civil War on April 12th.Envelope measures 5. 675" W and 3" H; 5/8in. Envelope opened along side; contents empty. Stamp intact with no perforations on left side. Some tape residue on rer of envelope. Overall in good condition. Additional photos available upon request.
